CONDITIONS
In order to formalize the rental contract in our offices or at the airports, we need to ask you for some documentation.
Please remember you need to bring your passport and driving licence with you. The payment will be done when the car is delivered to the customer. The title holder of the credit card must be then present.
AGE BOUNDARIES
The driver must hold a valid driving licence, with validity in Spain and with a minimum of two years of age. We only rents cars to drivers older than twenty five years of age.
TYPE OF CAR
When you make your reservation, you choose the type of car you want to rent. We can guarantee that the car you get will belong to that type but we can not guarantee the model itself. If we do not have the model you chose on the first place, we will give you another one of a higher category at no extra charge.
What is it included in the price??
- Value added Tax: IVA
- Unlimited mileage
- Insurance with franchise (A-B: €240 and C-C1-d-f-g: €360)
- Second driver with no added cost
- Change of vehicle expenses, in the case of being necessary
- Reservations cancellation with no extra charge
Not included on the insurance
- Punctures
- Damages on tyres
- Damages caused by dangerous driving or negligence
- Lost of keys: €120
- To fill in the car with the wrong type of fuel: €150+ other full deposit
DELIVERY SERVICE AT THE AIRPORT
The delivery service at the airport in Alicante and Murcia are for free. At Alicante airport the parking fee must be paid by the client (between 0.70 and €3.00)
The delivery between 23.00 and 7.00 am has an extra charge of €6
CHILDREN SEATS AND ROOF RACKS
The children seats and the roof racks come under no extra cost. Please do not forget to ask for them when you make your reservation Where can your drive a hired car. Let us remind you that you can only drive our cars inside the Spanish peninsula.
